Article 1 General

1.1 The terms and conditions are applicable to all by K9-label offered products and/ or services.
1.2 By making an order or purchase you will agree with these terms and conditions.
1.3 All products remain the property of K9 label until full payment has been made.
1.4 Only orders which are correctly and fully transmitted by email, be considered. A valid emailaddress is required also the correct address for sending. K9-label has the right in the event of doubt of the data provided the order not to take treatment make appropriate notification to the relevant ISP in the event of abuse and / or fraud.
1.5 All delivered products are intended for use by dogs.
1.6 K9-label as the right to change the terms and conditions.

Article 2 Orders
2.1 Orders can be placed by putting the desired products in the basket and finish the order completely.
2.2 There is no minimum amount that has to be ordered at K9-label.
2.3 After making an order, the consumer receives a receipt.

Article 3 Delivery and shipment costs
3.1 K9-label uses services PostNL for letterbox-post and packages. The shipment costs are current at our website.
3.2 We deliver within Europe and overseas.
3.3 Delivery of only ordered labels will take place within 3 days after receiving of your payment, but we do our best to send them the same day as we receive your payment before 15:00. According to dog harnesses the delivery time wel depend on the manufacturer. 5 til up 20 workingdays. If one of more articles are not in stock, it could be happening dat de delivery time will be exceeded a few more days. Exceeding the delivery time gives consumer no right to compensation or the right to cancel the order. Nevertheless the delivery time will keep up waiting that long that cannot be expected from consumer to wait for the order. In that case consumer has the right to cancel as far as it is necessary.
3.4 Consumer will receive an email when the order has been processed and shipped by K9-label. If consumer is not at home when a package, larger than fits in the letterbox, has been offered, and the package could also not be deliverd with neighbours, there will be left a message and the postman will try again later.
3.5 If delivery of a product for any reason turns out to be impossible, K9-label will consult with consumer if there is an other, equal product we can deliver.
3.6 K9-label is not responsible for theft and / or damage during shipment.
3.7 Despite all care and attention which K9-label spend on your order, it can happen that these cannot be delivered completely. In that case you can report this within maximum 14 days after your order by *protected email*.

Article 4 Deliverys
4.1 These personalized text labels were specially made for the consumer by wish.
4.2 If you notice within 7 days after delivery that the products are not the right products, or the size of the harness fits not with your dog, you can send the harness back to K9-label. When changing for an other harness, the shipment costs will be payed by consumer again plus the eventually extra costs of the harness which could be more expensive. These costs had to be payd to K9-label in front.

Article 5 Payments
5.1 All payments must be made in advance
5.2 All mentioned prices are in Euro inclusive VAT and exclusive shipment costs.
5.3 Payments can easily be made in advance by transferring the total amount to the bank account of K9-label.

Article 6 Returnpolicy
6.1 Consumer is legally entitled to return the order within 14 days after receipt of the order. Only harnesses have the possibility of returning not the personalized labels. When consumer has one or more products to return, consumer has to contact K9-label first. Consumer has to enclose a copy of the invoice and the form of returning. The package with returned product has to be sufficient postage, these costs are for consumer.
6.2 If products are not used and returned correctly and just in time, K9-label will pay you the original price with shipment costs but less the value of enclosed text labels (these are not subject to right of withdrawal), as soon as possible, but within 30 days after return receipt of the products. Because of the personalized textlabels these are excluded of right of withdrawal.
6.3 The returning of products is at the risk and costs of consumer. It’s wise to ask for a proof of dispatch when returning products.

Article 7 Price changes or mistakes
7.1 K9-label is entitled to change the prices. If there are any kind of mistakes in prices you are not entitled to keep K9-Label to the wrong price. We tell you the accurate price and you will have to pay the right price or you can cancel your order.

Article 8 Liability
8.1 K9-label can in no way be held responsible for changes in the health of the dog or individual as a result of the use of the products of K9-label.
8.2 K9-label shall not be liable for unforeseen and not reasonably ascertainable product quality.
8.3 The liability of K9 label is always limited to the amount of the order.

Article 9 Complaints
9.1 If the consumer has a complaint regarding the products or services of K9-label, this complaint can be known to us, preferably by e-mail or regular mail. K9-label shall, within 3 working days, please contact the consumer.

Article 10 Straight
10.1 All rights, obligations, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, including these conditions, only Dutch law. Any disputes between K9-label and other parties be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 11 Privacy Declaration
11.1 K9 label is required to carefully and treat all information provided by the consumer. The data may be passed on to other parties, with the exception of third parties engaged in the execution of the order. When placing an order has K9 label need your name and delivery address to execute the order.
