Production
We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. When you make an order at a working day befor 14.00 hour and succeed with the payment, the labels will be produced and shipped the same working day.
If products have a long (er) delivery time, this will be indicated as such on the product page and / or you will be informed by e-mail.
As soon as you got the email that your order has been completed; your order will be given to DPD as a letterbox package (with track & trace) or our (Dutch) local Postal carrier (padded envelop). So you don’t have to stay at home for both choises. Both options fits in your mailbox. Even with shipping with DPD your order will be packaged as a letterbox package for which you do not have to stay home.
When you order that much which doesn’t fit in an envelope or letterbox but an ordinary box, than you certainley will get a track and trace.
DPD or local postal carrier
Your order is standard on shipping with DPD with track & trace. However, we also offer shipping with local postal carrier with padded envelop (which is a lower rate, because of the stamps). If you choose Padded Envelop then that means NO track&trace. In both situations you cannot require us to provide information about the state of affairs. Finally, you have received a cancellation of your order as soon as it has been offered to a carrier. Then it is in the hands of the carrier. *
Local Postal Carrier
If you have chosen Local postal carrier, it may happen that you do not receive your order within the regular delivery time (also with corona at this moment). Then you have to wait at least 15 workdays for your order. The percentage that does not arrive with local postal carrier is practically nil, but there is a chance that you will not receive your order on time (among other things due to extra crowds around holidays, bad weather conditions etc.).
DPD
At DPD, they are convinced that every package that is sent or delivered is special. It has meaning for a person. DPD therefore offers you more convenience and flexible delivery options, a way that is unique. Once we have offered your package to DPD, you will receive information from DPD fairly soon with a delivery time window of 1 hour that you can use to track your package live. With DPD we offer you control over your own delivery!
Delivery outside of Europe
For delivery outside of Europe we work with DHL, they also have track&trace. But the time of delivery will take a few more days. But we know you understand.
*Please keep in mind that unpredictable delivery delays for the transport companies may occur around the Christmas holidays due to great crowds and weather conditions.
